STRETCH FILM

MACHINE AND MANUAL STRETCH FILM

Stretch film, universally used material to packing products and goods, it’s getting as a result of processing plastics,  most often the polythene and the polypropylene. Two methods of producing the film exist stretch: cast and blown. In both cases the produced film can be one- or multilayered but at the method cast the film can consist of layers of different materials, what is combining features of materials of components.

Method cast, differently pouring out, i.e. flat-fricative pressing. This method consists in cramming molten material by the flat nozzle, stretching and pouring out to the chilled cylinder. This process guarantees getting film high flexibility, possibilities of stretching and resistance to mechanical damages. Produced with this method film is very well suitable for, so manual as well as mechanical, wrapping up palettes. It is also finding application …

Method blown, that is pressing the sleeve from blowing up. This method consists in pressing molten material by the round crack, for granting it the form of the sleeve through blowing up and for cooling with air. The produced by this method film is high glutinous and  big, although limited resistance to punctures, stretchablity. It is working very well as the agricultural and food film. It is also finding application…

Relatively new product is releases which was launched stretch Pre-Power with the strengthening belt glued in and thickened edges (bookmarks), these additional terminations cause, that film stretch Pre-Power is characterized by higher functional parameters, in it with much smaller wear and tear…
